Meg Turner was born in 1985 in Switzerland (to American parents)  and grew up outside of Boston, Massachusetts. She received her BFA in 2008 from The Rhode Island School of Design and moved to Louisiana in 2009 to found and direct the New Orleans Community Printshop. Meg currently works as a Master Printer for Josephine Sacabo and Luna Press. She prints her photographs as large-scale polymer photogravure prints; showing multiple times annually and her work is exhibited and collected internationally.  She believes wholeheartedly in the continued relevance of hand printing, and the importance of knowing and sharing access to the means of disseminating images.
